Founder and Personal Trainer
Trudi is passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and supported at every stage of life. A qualified personal trainer since 2010, she specialises in women’s fitness, strength training, and menopause wellbeing.
From boxing gloves to Pilates form, she loves making fitness fun, effective, and accessible for all. As a Menopause Wellbeing Coach and women’s health advocate, Trudi brings expert guidance and real-life empathy to every session.

Lucy Collin
Founder and Personal Trainer
Lucy is a personal trainer, class instructor, and a driving force behind the community at Eve Studios. With a passion for creating a welcoming, supportive, and empowering environment, she helps women feel confident, capable, and connected at every stage of their wellness journey.
Dedicated to blending expert guidance with genuine care, Lucy ensures every member’s experience at Eve is filled with encouragement, knowledge, and joy helping women unlock their strength, build lasting confidence, and thrive.

Caroline Edis
Personal Trainer
Caroline has been a personal trainer for over twelve years most of which has been working out of gyms in London.
She is level 3 qualified with additional skills in perimenopausal fitness, pre and post natal training, nutrition for fat loss, posture assessment, lower back pain and yoga.
She can help with mobility, strength, muscle gain and general fitness. She also has some experience in osteopathy, which she studied for 2 years.
With a deep understanding of how women's bodies change through midlife, she creates classes that focus on gaining lean muscle, improving mobility, and reducing stress.

Stephanie Brown
Personal Trainer
Stephanie’s focus is to support women to feel strong, resilient, and embrace their unique selves through movement and nutrition.
She has a particular interest in female hormone health, guiding women to align their training, nutrition and recovery with their cycle.
Having navigated challenges like hormonal imbalances, binge eating disorder and pregnancy-related changes, Stephanie offers guidance rooted in empathy and experience.
Her approach centres on sustainable changes, supporting women to find a balance that works with their lifestyle.
