From boxing gloves to Pilates form, she loves making fitness fun, effective, and accessible for all. As a Menopause Wellbeing Coach and women’s health advocate, Trudi brings expert guidance and real-life empathy to every session.

Lucy is a personal trainer, class instructor, and a driving force behind the community at Eve Studios. With a passion for creating a welcoming, supportive, and empowering environment, she helps women feel confident, capable, and connected at every stage of their wellness journey.
Dedicated to blending expert guidance with genuine care, Lucy ensures every member’s experience at Eve is filled with encouragement, knowledge, and joy helping women unlock their strength, build lasting confidence, and thrive.
Chloë Baker
Founder and Personal Trainer
Chloë is a passionate dance teacher, qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Step Aerobics instructor. With a creative and energetic approach, she designs sessions that are fun, engaging, and inclusive for all abilities.
Her mission is to help women build confidence - whether through dance, fitness, or a combination of both. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up your skills, Chloë is ready to support you on your journey.
Karen Le Motee
Yoga Practitioner
Having been inspired by the enormous physical and mental benefits I received from practicing yoga, when I was given the opportunity to train as a yoga teacher four years ago – I jumped at the chance!
I am passionate about introducing women to the advantages of yoga including improving mobility, flexibility, balance and mental wellbeing.
I offer beginners classes to those who have no yoga experience at all, and more advanced classes for those who wish to explore and continue their yoga journey.
