EVE STUDIOS LIMITED – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between you (the

“Member” or “User”) and Eve Studios Limited (“Eve Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By

purchasing a membership, booking classes, or using our services via our website

(www.eve.je) or app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and

Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. About Eve Studios

Eve Studios Limited operates a fitness and wellbeing hub in Jersey, offering classes,

workshops, memberships, and related services. Our website (www.eve.je) and app provide

access to and management of these services.

2. Memberships

Details of membership options, pricing, inclusions, and promotional offers are provided in

the Membership Schedule, which forms part of this Agreement. Eve Studios reserves the

right to update the Membership Schedule at any time. Material changes will be

communicated in accordance with applicable law.

One-off all-inclusive promotional packages will automatically roll over to a Sussed

membership unless cancelled in line with this Agreement.

3. Payments and Billing

Payments are due in advance via direct debit or approved method. Memberships auto-

renew from the original sign-up date. We reserve the right to amend membership prices

and will give notice where required by law. Members must ensure payment details are

accurate. Failed payments may suspend access. A 7-day cooling-off period applies if no

classes have been attended.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Freezes

Members may cancel rolling memberships (excluding Platinum) anytime with 30 days’

written notice by email to [email protected]. Memberships may not be paused and restarted

for short absences (e.g., holidays), but we may freeze memberships for medical/personal

reasons exceeding 14 days at our discretion.

Class cancellations require at least two hours’ notice. Refunds are at our discretion or as

required by law.

5. Filming and Online Portal

Eve Studios may film workshops, classes, or events. Recordings may be used for

educational, promotional, or online portal purposes. By participating, you consent to such

use unless you notify us in writing before the event.

6. Parental Consent

Teen members under 18 require parental/guardian consent, including agreement to these

terms, acceptance of responsibility, and consent for participation and data processing.

Consent will be recorded during registration.

7. Code of Conduct

Members must respect others and the studio environment. Misconduct may result in

termination without refund.

8. Health Disclaimer

Participation is at your own risk. Consult a healthcare provider before starting any new

programme. By participating, you confirm you are fit and accept associated risks.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We process data per our Privacy Policy (see www.eve.je). Platinum members consent to

necessary data sharing with United Club (1932) Limited and agree to abide by its terms and

conditions as may be set out and amended from time to time.

10. Liability

We provide services with reasonable care but do not guarantee specific results. We are not

liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms or the Membership Schedule at any time. The current version

will always be available on www.eve.je.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Jersey law. Disputes will be resolved in Jersey courts.

EVE STUDIOS LIMITED – MEMBERSHIP SCHEDULE

This Membership Schedule forms part of the Eve Studios Limited Terms and Conditions. It

outlines current membership types, inclusions, pricing, and related conditions. Eve Studios

reserves the right to update this schedule at its discretion. Notice of material changes will

be provided in accordance with applicable law.

Membership Types and Pricing

- Class Pass: £15 per class – valid for any internal fitness class or workshop.

- Let’s Get This Started: £56 per month – includes 5 class passes per month. Unused passes

automatically roll over at month-end.

- You’ve Got This: £97 per month – includes 10 class passes per month. Unused passes

automatically roll over at month-end.

- Sussed: £120 per month – includes unlimited internal classes and workshops, 20%

discount on external events, and 2 x 30-minute personal training sessions.

- Platinum: £175 per month – includes all Sussed benefits plus full membership at United

Club (1932) Limited (“United Club”). By joining, members consent to the necessary sharing

of data with the United Club and agree to abide by its terms and conditions, as may be set

out and amended from time to time.

United Club (1932) Limited is a separate entity providing additional membership benefits

through a partnership with Eve Studios.

- Teen Membership: £35 per month – for students in full-time education (ages 13-17).

Requires parental/guardian consent.

Promotional Packages

One-off all-inclusive promotional packages are available for new members. These will

automatically roll over to a Sussed membership unless cancelled in accordance with the

Terms and Conditions.

Additional Notes

- All memberships (except Platinum) are rolling monthly memberships, cancellable with 30

days’ notice.

- Memberships may not be paused and restarted for short absences. Freeze requests (for

illness or absences exceeding 14 days) are considered at Eve Studios’ discretion.

- Eve Studios reserves the right to amend pricing or inclusions at any time.

Health data: deleted within 12 months after membership ends unless requested sooner.
