EVE STUDIOS LIMITED – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between you (the

“Member” or “User”) and Eve Studios Limited (“Eve Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By

purchasing a membership, booking classes, or using our services via our website (www.eve.je)

or app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must

not use our services.

About Eve Studios

Eve Studios Limited operates a fitness and wellbeing hub in Jersey, offering classes, workshops,

memberships, and related services. Our website (www.eve.je) and app provide access to and

management of these services.

Memberships

Details of membership options, pricing, inclusions, and promotional offers are set out in the

Membership Schedule, which forms part of this Agreement. Eve Studios reserves the right to

update the Membership Schedule at any time. Material changes will be communicated where

required.

One-off all-inclusive promotional packages will automatically roll over to a Sussed membership

unless cancelled in accordance with this Agreement.

Payments and Billing

Payments are due in advance via direct debit or other approved method. Memberships

automatically renew from the original sign-up date.

We reserve the right to amend membership prices and will provide notice where required.

Members must ensure payment details are accurate and up to date. Failed payments may result

in suspension of access.

A 7-day cooling-off period applies where no classes have been attended.

Cancellations, Membership Freezes and Rejoining

Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel rolling memberships (excluding Platinum) at any time by giving 30 days’

written notice via email to [email protected].

Memberships cannot be paused or restarted for short absences such as holidays, work

commitments, or personal scheduling conflicts.

Membership Freezes

Membership freezes may be considered only for verified medical reasons or exceptional

personal circumstances exceeding 14 consecutive days, at the sole discretion of Eve Studios.

Supporting evidence may be required.

Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] giving a minimum of 7 days’ notice

before the intended freeze start date.

Minimum freeze period: 1 calendar month

Maximum cumulative freeze period: 3 calendar months within any 12-month period

Approved freezes incur a £10 per month charge, automatically deducted.

Pregnancy Policy

If a Member becomes pregnant, Eve Studios will waive all membership freeze charges for the

duration of pregnancy and until the Member is medically cleared to return to exercise and

confirms they wish to reactivate their membership.

Written notification must be provided to [email protected]. Eve Studios may request reasonable

confirmation where appropriate.

Memberships will remain on hold without charge during this period and may be reactivated at

the Member’s request when they are ready to return to fitness.

Class Bookings and Cancellations

Class bookings must be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or non-

attendance will result in the session being forfeited.

Rejoining Fee

Where a Member cancels their membership and wishes to rejoin within 6 months, a £40

rejoining administration fee will apply prior to reactivation.

Rejoining Members are not guaranteed previous promotional or legacy pricing and may be

required to commit to a minimum 3-month term. Eve Studios reserves the right to refuse

immediate rejoining where repeated cancellation and reactivation is deemed an abuse of

membership terms.

Personal Training Services

Personal Training services delivered within Eve Studios operate under a separate agreement

between the Personal Trainer and the Client. Eve Studios Limited is not a party to Personal

Training agreements and accepts no responsibility or liability for payments, cancellations,

session delivery, or disputes. All terms relating to Personal Training are governed solely by the

agreement between Trainer and Client.

Filming and Online Portal

Eve Studios may film workshops, classes, or events for educational, promotional, or online

portal use. By participating, you consent to such use unless you notify us in writing before the

event.

Parental Consent

Members under 18 require parental or guardian consent, including agreement to these Terms

and consent to participation and data processing. Consent is recorded during registration.

Code of Conduct

Members must respect others and the studio environment. Misconduct may result in

termination of membership.

Health Disclaimer

Participation is at your own risk. Members should consult a healthcare provider before starting a

new programme. By participating, you confirm you are fit to do so and accept associated risks.

Pregnancy Exercise Disclaimer

Members who are pregnant participate in exercise at their own discretion and risk. Eve Studios

recommends that pregnant Members seek guidance and clearance from an appropriate

healthcare professional before participating in any class or programme.

It is the Member’s responsibility to inform instructors of pregnancy and any relevant medical

guidance or restrictions. Eve Studios instructors provide general fitness guidance only and do

not provide medical advice.

By participating in any activity during pregnancy, the Member confirms they have obtained

appropriate medical guidance and accept full responsibility for their participation.

Privacy and Data Protection

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (www.eve.je). Platinum members

consent to necessary data sharing with United Club (1932) Limited and agree to abide by its

terms as amended from time to time.

Liability

We provide services with reasonable care but do not guarantee specific results. Eve Studios is

not liable for indirect or consequential loss and accepts no liability for acts or omissions of third-

party service providers operating within the studio.

Amendments

We may update these Terms or the Membership Schedule at any time. The current version will

always be available at www.eve.je.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Jersey law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jersey.

Schedule of Charges

The following administration and service charges apply:

Membership freeze administration fee: £10 per month (waived during pregnancy)

Membership rejoining fee (within 6 months of cancellation): £40

Late class cancellation or non-attendance: session forfeited
