The Mission is a six-week guided programme designed to help you reconnect with what matters and start moving forward again.
Not through extremes or quick fixes — but through clarity, awareness and sustainable action.


The Mission is for women who feel ready to:
• improve their health and energy
• reset habits that are no longer serving them
• rebuild confidence and motivation
• gain clarity about personal goals
• reconnect with themselves
Your Mission might be about health, lifestyle, career, confidence or simply feeling better in your own life.

The programme runs over six weeks and includes:
Weekly Live Online Sessions
Every Tuesday evening at 7:30pm
(approximately 60 minutes)
Each session introduces a key theme and practical tools to support progress.
Optional Eve Studio Check-Ins
Friday lunchtime accountability sessions at Eve. These in-person sessions provide:
• support
• reflection
• encouragement
• a chance to reset before the weekend
WhatsApp Support Community
A supportive group where participants can share progress, reflections and encouragement
throughout the programme.
Clarify what success means to you and define your personal goal.
Explore habits, mindset patterns and stress responses that influence behaviour.
Reconnect with movement as a tool for energy, clarity and confidence.
Understand cravings, emotional eating and sustainable nutrition.
Rebuild belief, identity and supportive relationships.
Reflect on progress and set intentions for the next stage of your journey.
Throughout the programme, participants will also benefit from specialist sessions delivered by invited contributors, including expertise in areas such as:
• mindset and behaviour change
• emotional eating and nutrition
• confidence and personal development
These sessions add additional perspective and professional insight to support the programme journey.
