Our classes are designed to be enjoyable, engaging, and effective. Each one is carefully created for specific age groups and fitness needs, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
Lucy and Trudi are here to guide you in choosing the classes that best suit your goals, because at Eve it’s all about YOU. We place a strong focus on correct form so that you can move safely, build confidence, and make real progress.

Alongside our weekly timetable, Eve Studios also hosts a variety of specialist courses designed to offer focused support and guidance. These courses can be booked directly online or through the course provider.
GOOD BOOST is a therapeutic rehabilitation programme for those living with musculoskeletal or long-term health conditions. Using personalised electronic programmes delivered via specialised tablets, each class is guided by a personal trainer to support safe progress, self-management, and overall wellbeing. Classes run twice a week and provide the chance to connect with others while building confidence and strength.
BLOOM is a six-week course created especially for new mums. Led by the Infant Feeding Coach, the programme brings together mums and babies in a supportive group environment. With special guest speakers and expert advice, BLOOM offers invaluable guidance on early motherhood while creating space for community and connection.
Our dedicated personal training studio is fully equipped with free weights and led by four experienced trainers – Caroline, Laura, Lucy and Trudi – who all specialise in women’s health and fitness. They are here to help you perfect your form, build strength, and reach your goals safely and effectively.
With a Sussed membership, you’ll receive a one-off 30-minute one-to-one assessment plus a 30-minute personal training session. With a Platinum membership, you’ll start your journey with two 45-minute personal training sessions.

Each session is led by a guest speaker or specialist, covering a wide range of topics that matter to women – from nutrition, sleep and stress management to menopause, parenting, and emotional wellbeing.
Sessions typically last 1.5 to 2 hours and are delivered in a relaxed, informal setting. You can expect fireside-style chats, interactive discussions, or informative presentations that encourage open conversation and practical takeaways. To make the experience even more enjoyable, we always provide complimentary herbal teas or coffee, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can learn, reflect, and connect with other women in the Eve community.

Eve Studios is home to three beautifully designed therapy rooms, offering a wide range of treatments delivered by over twelve expert practitioners. Each space has its own purpose and atmosphere, ensuring that every woman can find the support and care she needs.
The Quiet Room is dedicated to coaching and counselling, providing a safe, confidential environment to explore personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and mental health.
The Sanctuary is a nurturing space where you can enjoy reflexology, massage, expert skincare, lymphatic massage, and a variety of beauty therapies designed to restore balance and confidence.
Restore, our third room, is home to massage and reflexology during the week and offers advanced aesthetic treatments at weekends.
Together, these rooms bring a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, complementing our classes and workshops and making Eve a true hub for women’s self-care.

Just stepped up to the challenge of my first step aerobics class. Lucys energy was infectious, and the workout was a great combination of cardio and strength training. I loved the variety of moves and the upbeat music. Felt like I got a great workout for body and mind (my coordination was challenging) while having fun. Can't wait to step up again.

Trudi is passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and supported at every stage of life. A qualified personal trainer since 2010, she specialises in women’s fitness, strength training, and menopause wellbeing.
From boxing gloves to Pilates form, she loves making fitness fun, effective, and accessible for all. As a Menopause Wellbeing Coach and women’s health advocate, Trudi brings expert guidance and real-life empathy to every session.
