Hormonal change can feel disorienting for any woman but for those with neurodiverse minds, the shifts of perimenopause and menopause can land differently, often more intensely, and rarely with the right support in place.

Join us at Eve on Thursday 21 May at 6:30pm for an evening with Alison Pell, exploring wellbeing for neurodiverse women navigating this stage of life. Expect honest conversation, practical tools, and a space designed for women whose experience of hormonal change has not always been recognised or understood.
