A weekly Wednesday morning gathering for mums — designed by women who get it. Ninety minutes of movement, conversation, expert input and proper time for yourself in a room full of women navigating the same season of life.
Bring your baby, bring your questions, or just bring yourself. This is your hour and a half — held lightly, with no agenda beyond showing up for one another.
Gentle, restorative movement designed around the realities of post-birth recovery — pelvic floor, core, posture and energy.
Space to talk about whatever's actually going on — sleep, identity, relationships, the hard bits and the good bits.
Rotating guest practitioners — lactation, sleep, nutrition, pelvic health — answering the questions you've been Googling at 3am.
The friendships that form on a Wednesday morning don't stay on a Wednesday morning. This is how lifelong connections start.
Coffee, conversation, headspace. The thing every mum says she needs and never quite manages to take for herself.
Bring your baby alongside — no pressure to find childcare, no awkward arrangements. They're part of the tribe too.
Drop in for a single session, or commit to the full monthly course.
Try a Wednesday morning, see how it feels. No commitment. Just turn up.

Join The TribeGood Boost is a guided exercise referral programme designed for women with joint pain, long-term health conditions, post-surgery recovery, or anyone who has been told they should exercise but isn't sure where to start.
Exercise · Referral · Eve
Each Good Boost session is tailored to you. Movements adapt to your body, your day and your condition — supported by Eve's instructors and an evidence-based programme used across the UK to help people rebuild strength, confidence and mobility.
Sessions are 45 minutes, run in small groups, and welcome anyone who has been referred by a clinician or who is self-referring.
We're expanding Good Boost into aquatic sessions — including Baby Boost for postnatal recovery and hydro classes for women who benefit from low-impact, supported movement. Get in touch to register your interest.
Specialist pilates designed around specific conditions and recovery needs — for women referred by a clinician or self-referring with a particular issue they want to work through. Smaller groups, slower pace, more attention.
Where general pilates teaches a flow that everyone follows, specialist pilates starts with what your body needs. Each session is shaped around your particular condition, history or goal — whether that's recovering from injury, managing a chronic issue, or rebuilding after surgery or birth.
Sessions are smaller (4 to 6 women per group, or one-to-one) and slower. Movements are modified and progressed for each individual. The teacher works alongside you rather than in front of you.
Good Boost is broader exercise rehabilitation across strength, cardio and mobility. Specialist Pilates is pilates-specific — particularly suited to back pain, hypermobility, postnatal recovery and pelvic floor issues.
Whether you've been referred by a clinician or are self-referring with a specific concern, the process is the same. The aim is to make sure you're matched with the right teacher and session format for your needs.
Email the studio with your situation — whether you've been referred or are self-referring.
A short conversation (in person or by phone) to understand what you're working with.
We pair you with the right teacher, format and group based on your needs and availability.
Start sessions with check-ins to make sure the approach is working. Adjust as you progress.
