A six-week mindset, movement and lifestyle programme for women who feel ready to reset their habits, reconnect with what matters and start moving towards it — without extremes, without perfection.

Led by Trudi Roscouet with specialist contributors in mindset, behaviour and emotional wellbeing. The deeper work that most fitness programmes leave out.

Boundaries — what do you need to protect?

The conversations, commitments and patterns you keep saying yes to. Learning how to say no without guilt — and what that creates space for.

Week05

Action — what's the smallest brave step?

From insight to movement. The single shift that matters most for you, and how to take it without waiting until you feel ready.

Week06

Integration — how does this become your life?

Anchoring what you've learned. The final week is about building the structures, rituals and relationships that make it stick — for good this time.

The People Behind It

Led by Trudi Roscouet, with specialists in mindset and emotional wellbeing.

The Mission brings together Trudi's two decades of work with women in transition and a hand-picked group of contributors — psychotherapists, behaviour specialists and women's coaches — who each lead a session within their area of expertise. The result is a programme that genuinely earns the word "transformational."
